Courtney Brown has been featured as one of the best ever to don the Penn State uniform. Brown, who holds the NCAA record for career sacks (33), was a Rotary Lombardi Award finalist in 1999 alongside teammate LaVar Arrington. Virginia Tech's Corey Moore ultimately won the award.Brown was the #1 pick overall in the 2000 NFL Draft by the Cleveland Browns.
